A: an easy to use VPN service for connecting to the internet securely.

Q: what ports should be open on my router and firewall for it to work?
A: none should be open but your ISP must allow GRE protocol. In most cases you won’t experience any problems connecting to proXPN. In the event that you do experience tehcnical issues simply contact us. We’re here to help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Q: does proXPN also protect other protocols like Skype, YIM, ICQ, or FTP?
A: once you are connected to proXPN all programs will be protected from intrusion or people spying on you.
Q: can I connect to my account from more than one computer?
A: yes. You can connect with up to 3 devices simultaneously with 1 proXPN account.

Does a vpn works like a proxy? Is it possible for the vpn service provider to have access to my info? Is my info being save in their servers and after that sent to me?
Or how exactly it works? How does it guarantee me that my information is safe and they can not access to it?
