Free account worked though disconnected frequently. I signed up for a paid account, paid via paypal and 2 days later I’m still waiting for a response from customer service as to why both paid and free accounts no longer work. Beware.

I, too, signed up for a paid account, and have not been able to log in. I have received no response to my emails for support, and ItsHidden’s support page is down. It appears to me that they are out of business, but are still happy to take your money (I used PayPal, so now I will need to monitor it to be sure no extra charges hit it).
I strongly suggest that you not send them any money – from my perspective, it looks as though you will lose it. I’m glad I signed up for 3 months rather than a year.
